Premier Dome Events Policies
To ensure fairness and clarity, our cancellation policy is outlined as follows
1. Booking & Reservation Policy
- Advance Booking: Clients must book events at least 2 weeks in advance, especially if the event requires extensive decoration or customization.
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received.
2. Payment Policy
- Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days prior to the event date.
- Additional Costs: Any additional services or upgrades requested after confirmation must be paid in full before the event.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event: A refund of 50% of the deposit will be provided.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the event: No refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event: No refund of any payments made.
- Cancellation by Premier Dome Events: In the unlikely event we must cancel, a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost will be offered.
4. Rescheduling Policy
- Clients may reschedule their event once, provided they notify us at least 7 days in advance.
- Rescheduled events must occur within 6 months of the original booking.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event may incur a rescheduling fee of 5,000 JMD.
5. Late Policy
- Clients must adhere to the agreed event start time.
- Grace Period: A 20-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals.
- Additional Charges: After the 20-minute grace period, a fee of 3,000 JMD will apply.
- Reduced Event Duration: Persistent delays may result in a reduced event duration to avoid conflicts with other scheduled events.
6. Event Changes Policy
- Any changes to the event (e.g., guest count, decor adjustments, or additional services) must be communicated at least 5-7 days in advance.
- Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes.
7. Behavioral Policy
- All clients and guests are expected to behave respectfully.
- If clients or their guests violate the behavioral policy, Premier Dome Events reserves the right to cancel the event without a refund.
8. Damage Policy
- Clients are responsible for any damage to the dome, equipment, or decor caused by themselves or their guests.
- A damage deposit may be required upfront for certain events.
9. Force Majeure Policy
- In cases of natural disasters, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered a choice to reschedule within 6 months or receive a 50% refund of their total payment.
